A new and improved Help experience in itslearning

Finding the help you need in itslearning is about to get a whole lot easier.

We’ve streamlined our support system to give you quicker access to up-to-date information, all in one place. Starting now, you’ll find a single, simplified Help link under your profile menu that takes you straight to our most current support content.

NOTE: This update will roll out to all users in late June.

 

 

What's new?
To make things clearer and more consistent across the platform, we’ve:

  • Removed outdated or broken Help links
  • Consolidated content into a single entry point
  • Ensured you’re always directed to the most current information

 

Language Support - What to expect

We currently maintain regularly updated support content in:

  • English

  • German

  • Swedish

  • Dutch

If your selected language isn’t one of these, you’ll be directed to the English support portal by default. While not all articles are available in every language, switching to English gives you access to the most complete and up-to-date content.

We’re committed to making the help experience as useful and accessible as possible—and that includes exploring more multilingual support in the future.
