Additional notes for Administrators
The new Notify from the 360° report system can be turned on or off for all teachers by the system administrator. If the feature is turned off no further messages will be sent. The setting is in ’Admin’ >> ’Edit global settings’ >> ’Features and security’.
To save you the the hassle of turning the feature on after release, we plan to automatically turn this on for all customers who use the 360° reports.
This will happen AFTER the release. It may take a few weeks for this feature to be turned on, or you as the system admin can do this immediately if you prefer to do so.
Extensions to APIs
Managing Profile Pictures
The Organization API has been extended with two new methods for managing the profile picture of users; Update.Person.ProfilePicture and Delete.Person.ProfilePicture.
Note: Users with an imported uploaded picture will not be able to modify the picture themselves:
Under their picture when editing their profile, ”Your picture is managed by your organization” text will be shown instead of the buttons to change the picture
When trying to change the picture from the mobile app, an information message will be given that the picture could not be saved (pending app update)
Add course resources to existing folder
It is now possible to add courses to an existing folder, by sending the ID of this folder with the request.
Set max score
It is now possible to set the max score for the Score assessment scale – if enabled for the site – for extensions.
