If you cannot access your Fronter installation, here are a few things you can check:
- Do you have a stable internet connection? Can you connect to other pages, e.g. google.com?
- Do you get the Fronter login page (or the login page on your school/institution website), but you can’t login with your username? Please check the spelling of your username and password. Have you maybe forgotten your password? Please see here for help.
- Try the login with another browser. Check here for recommended browsers and settings.
- If you have a personal firewall software running, please make sure that fronter.com/ is not being blocked. If the site has been blocked, please add it as an exception.
