RAISING THE BAR FOR EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY
itslearning Leadership Network 2019
We are putting together a great program – featuring inspirational speakers, workshops and group networking sessions. This is an exclusive opportunity to learn from experts and leaders in education and discuss trends and opportunities in education technology.
Efficient Teaching. Powerful Learning:
Raising the Bar for Education Technology
Technology helps humans do things that would be too costly or time-consuming to do manually. In education, this usually means helping teachers get more done in less time. At the 2019 Leadership Network we will venture beyond the traditional promise of technology as a means of boosting productivity to look at a new mandate for EdTech – How to best use technology to achieve long-term strategic gains for education institutions and school districts alike.
Taking system-supplied intelligence about student progress and putting it into action through personalised learning
Combining the collective knowledge of teachers into a set of shareable courses with built-in best practices for pedagogy
Understanding how an institution’s actual use of EdTech compares to its expectation. And how to close the gap.
