The new itslearning app now gives full, seamless access to all LMS capabilities and content, enabling anywhere-anytime teaching and learning.

BOSTON — May 10, 2017 — Award-winning learning management system (LMS) developer itslearning, has delivered to K-12 and university students and their teachers a full-featured, completely mobile LMS. Users now have full access to course content, resources and tools on their Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Additionally, students can use the app to submit assignments and upload files. The app is available now in the App Store and on Google Play.

“We asked users what we could do to give them more value, and the loudest answer was: ‘access to content anywhere, anytime’,” said Arne Bergby, CEO of itslearning. “Now, they have the comprehensive itslearning experience on a mobile device. No longer bound by desktops or classrooms, learning and teaching can happen on the go.”

Once users log into the app, they can click through to a list of their courses. Selecting a specific course then takes them to all related assignments, tests and lesson materials, as well as a section showing the status of assignments and any required follow-up activities. The full course curriculum planner and grading capabilities are also available for teachers.

In addition, the messaging system has been enhanced so that teachers and students can receive feature-rich instant messages and notifications immediately on their devices if desired.

Most importantly, the app login is streamlined, fast and secure. Users simply browse to their school, enter their credentials and go!
