WHY WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

If you apply for a job with itslearning, either directly or through a recruitment agency, we will process some of your personal data to assess your candidacy.

HOW WE COLLECT THE DATA

We either collect personal data directly from you or from a recruitment agency that you have shared your data with. We might also collect personal data from references you have submitted to us and from public sources.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT

This is the data we collect:

  • Contact details. Name, email, phone number.
  • CV. Including documentation of previous work experience, education and other transcripts you provide us with.
  • References. Contact details to and notes from conversations with references you have provided us with.
  • Assessments. Sometimes we might ask a candidate to take a test or do an assignment that we will use as a part of the evaluation process.

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Only HR staff, hiring managers and staff that are asked to participate in the recruitment process have access to personal data related to recruitment. All itslearning employees have signed confidentiality clauses.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

We only keep personal data related to recruitment until the position you are being evaluated for has been filled. After this, all records will be deleted unless you ask us to be evaluated for future positions.

3rd PARTIES INVOLVED

We might use recruitment agencies or similar 3rd parties when we work on filling an open position. If you want more information of the 3rd parties relevant for your application/personal information, please contact HR at [email protected].

DATA TRANSFERS

For EU/EEA residents: If we use a third party based outside the EU/EEA to help us with recruitment, we will use appropriate and adequate safeguards to ensure the same level of data protection as provided within the EU/EEA.
