Senior software developer

Location: Bergen and Oslo

Our scrum teams consist of 5–7 team members including testers. All our scrum teams have either a dedicated scrum master or scrum coach to facilitate scrum work, in addition to a product owner to prioritise the backlog in collaboration with the team. Our teams, who are comprised of team members with different areas of expertise, are self-organised and 100% dedicated to sprint work.

Development involves using modern tools and libraries, including VS 2015, ReSharper, GIT, ASP.NET, C#, REST services, MySql, and front-end technologies.

Content and Field Marketing Manager

Location: Bergen or Oslo
Temporary position

This position is a part of the global team and manages three people: one product marketing specialist and two content marketing specialists. This role is responsible for strategically supporting each subsidiary and ensuring successful worldwide marketing results. The position is also responsible for global events, global campaigns, and product marketing.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 

– 4-5 years Marketing experience

Integration Support Specialist

Location: Oslo

Due to our continuous growth, we are now searching for an Integration Support Specalist for a full-time position at our office in Oslo. As an Integration Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build skills and experience to become the foremost expert on the Fronter Integration Platform. In this position, you will be part of the Itslearning Global Support team, making sure that we deliver world-class support to our Fronter customers. Daily tasks include third-line technical support, participation in integration projects, as well as assisting all our international offices/subsidiaries and partners, to succeed with the implementation and support of technical system integrations.

As an Integration Support Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:

– Technical support and problem analysis focusing mainly on integrations (student administrative systems, XML, PHP, Web services)
– Collaboration with other departments (development teams, product, operations, 2nd line)
– Reproduce, verify and describe reported deviances (bug reports)
– Participate in major integration projects as required
– Training and documentation for partners and local service organizations on our integrated technologies, processes and customer delivery
– Develop appropriate processes within the responsibility area
– Work with the Global Integration Services Manager and Global Support Team Lead to coordinate activities across the enterprise regarding integrations
– Develop automated processes where beneficial
– Emergency phone responsibility (work hours, rotation)

– Must be fluent in English

Desirable experience:

– A background in customer support
– Debugging experience (xdebug)
– Scripting experience (e.g. python, javascript, php, perl etc.)
– SSO solutions – especially SAML-based standards
