We are planning to add all the information that was previously available in the profile card, to the full profile page. This release adds what was previously called Activity but now renamed to Recent submissions. The list is found as a tab at the bottom of the page, next to the About section. The list contains up to 10 latest submissions made in test tool, assignment and task tool across all courses (previously restricted to 5). The element title links to the element, while the course title links to the course.

| Learning Objective Repository | ITS-93380 | Updates made in the Learning objective repository were not reflected in courses. This has been fixed. |
When the course catalogue is used, enrollments can be approved on the Applicants tab on the course Participants page. Here, there is a column that shows to which organisation a user belongs. This column always showed the name of the site, or External if the course was added to the external course catalogue. To make this column more informative, we have made some improvements to which organisation is shown for users from the same site:

|---|---|---|
| Assignment | ITS-83242 | With the setting "enable workload for assignment app" enabled. In the Workload view, there could be two different date formats shown in the "deadline" column. This has been fixed. |
| ILP | ITS-93225 | When viewing Reports > ILP. The link to navigate back to Reports had an incorrect name. |
| Learning Objectives And Criteria | ITS-91001 | Fixed an issue that could cause a learning objective to not be added to a plan. This could occur when adding a second learning objective, if that learning objective shared a group with a previously added learning objective. |
| LTI | ITS-93284 | On the manage apps page. Clicking on some extensions resulted in an error. This is fixed. |
| Other | ITS-91965 | The title displayed in the browser tab when opening a task was incorrect. |
| Test 2 (legacy) | ITS-93252 | The link to download the Test Mode Browser installation file did not work correctly, when opened from the old Test tool (Test 2). |
When global search was moved the main menu, the course search on the Courses page was removed. It is now brought back to support the workflows of teachers with a large number of courses.
We are continuing the gradual rollout of moving the new global search to the main menu from the personal menu.
With introduction of the new course menu we also moved the 360° report item into the reports page along with other types of reports like assessment record, attendance, learning objective reports etc. In cases where the reports (previously status and follow-up) was disabled, the 360° reports disappeared. That's now been changed, so if any of the 360° reports are enabled, you cannot disable reports in the course.
The default sorting in table view and within a topic will be date (ascending) for deadline-driven courses. If there are no dates added to a plan, plans will be sorted according to their creation date.
Teachers can pin a plan to course overview. We are adding a pinned mark on the plan card, so users understand why it appears on top of course overview page.
Teachers can add l.o. to their topics. This information will now also be available in table view, when opening the topic tab

| Calendar | ITS-89353 | Dependent on certain settings, teachers were not able to see some calendar event, that they should be able to see. |
| LTI | ITS-90384 | Fixed an issue where users could get a "this app requires a license" error when accessing an LTI 1.3 application, depending on where the application is shared. |
Users can instantly send a message by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter without hitting the send button. The latter option is available for Mac users only.
We are planning to add all the information that was previously available in the profile card, to the full profile page. This release adds links to Attendance, Behaviour, the aggregated Assessment record and the aggregated Learning Objective progress report. Note that not all these features are in use in all organisations, and the availability depends on this.
In the new main menu of itslearning you will now find both Courses (leading to the course cards page, but only if you have access to courses) and Updates (leading to the updates page). Thus the option for the user to decide which of these is 'Home' is no longer needed, and is now removed.
The quarantine period is a safety measure designed to prevent the accidental permanent deletion of data in itslearning. Items placed in the site or course trash cans can only be permanently deleted once the quarantine period has elapsed.
Administrators can now set quarantine periods separately for:
These settings can be configured in Admin > Global Settings > Features and Security. The default quarantine period is 30 days.
With the release, we will automatically update the quarantine times on your site, following these rules:
We recommend to check that the current values meet your needs.
Customers using Data Warehouse can now track the use of template courses through OData.
