DIGITAL LEADERSHIP - Dr. Sabine Marsch
Shaping leadership - changing learning processes
The itslearning leadership program for school leaders and change enthusiasts. Through the 2025/26 school year in five online modules.
New learning methods develop schools
When communication succeeds, collaboration grows and learning processes are rethought - then schools can really change. A digital learning platform like itslearning can effectively support this change: through transparent communication, clear structures, collaborative work and individual learning paths.
But such change requires more than just technology: it needs leadership that enables participation, provides orientation and asks the right questions. This is exactly where this leadership program supports you - with space for reflection, exchange and concrete tools.
What you can expect
In five online modules over the course of the school year, you will reflect on your leadership role in the digital transformation and develop concrete strategies for contemporary school development. Each module combines a leadership focus with impulses for learning process design - and shows how itslearning can contribute to implementation.
Who is the programme designed for?
For principals, deputy principals, members of extended leadership teams, itslearning administrators or digital officers (also known by other names depending on the federal state) who are willing to make changes. It is important that the school management is involved or actively involved - because school development needs leadership that supports it.

Meet your host
I'm Sabine Marsch - School Development Consultant at itslearning, systemic coach and former head teacher of a Berlin school that successfully introduced itslearning at an early stage.
I have been supporting school leaders in their leadership role for many years and work with them to develop ways in which change can succeed - practical, effective and with a focus on what schools are all about at their core: good relationships and meaningful learning. It is particularly important to me that learning processes can be self-regulated, that teachers are relieved - and that leadership with clarity and trust becomes possible.
