“Select All” Is Back—Redesigned for Better Usability

We’ve reintroduced the "Select All" feature in the resource table, with a fresh redesign focused on ease of use and accessibility. Whether you're selecting multiple documents, deleting items, or sending resources in bulk, this update makes it faster and more intuitive.

The new design ensures that "Select All" is:

• Keyboard-navigable for users who rely on non-mouse input
• Screen reader compatible, with clear labels and feedback
• Responsive and easy to interact with, even on smaller screens or assistive devices

Reorder Function in Content Map

We’ve added a reorder feature to the new Content Map, where you manage all your resources and folders. This update makes it easier to organise your content in the way that suits you best — whether you're prioritising key materials or simply tidying up your workspace. The reorder function is fully accessible via keyboard navigation and screen readers, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.

This feature is part of the German Development Project (GDP), a collaboration between four German states and itslearning aimed at enhancing digital education in Germany through tailored product developments.

We’re excited to introduce Bulk Actions to the Resource Table — a powerful new feature designed to streamline your workflow and save time.

With Bulk Actions, you can now select multiple items in the Resource Table and instantly access a contextual menu offering a range of actions. Whether you're managing resources, updating entries, or performing routine tasks, this feature makes it faster and easier to take action on several items at once.

E-mail notifications can be found from the same page as bell notification settings.
