Please be advised that any requests for information regarding the data held within our learning platforms must be submitted directly to your school’s administrator. In this arrangement, itslearning acts as the data processor, while your school is the data controller. In accordance with data protection regulations, itslearning is not authorised to disclose any data directly to users without explicit instruction from the data controller.

Otherwise, fill out the form below and let us know in the Request field what you would like, such as:

• Receiving a copy of any personal data that we may be holding about you
• Receiving more information about where your personal data is stored and the purpose for which it is processed
• Having your personal data erased from our systems

After you fill out the form, our internal team will be notified of your request, and we will follow up with you directly. The European General Data Protection Regulation requires us to fulfill your request within one month, but we will aim to take action earlier than that and as soon as possible.
