Product updates
Custom Labels in Assignments
We're introducing Custom Labels in itslearning - a simple, flexible way to give students clearer guidance on assignment expectations. Many teachers want an easy method to indicate whether AI tools may be used, if collaboration is allowed, or if the task later will be presented. Custom Labels make this possible.
How it works
- Site administrators can create up to five unique labels for their school or organisation. The administrator will find the new Assignment label in Edit global settings.
- Teachers can then apply these labels to any assignment. Teachers can access Custom Labels by opening the Edit options in the sidebar.
- Students will see the label immediately when opening the task, giving them quick insight into important requirements.
